The Apartments
There are three apartments: Limone, Ginestra and Mare, spread over the two floors of the Villa. They are available separately, or the villa may be rented as a whole. Every apartment has central heating and tenants may use one of the three covered garage spaces.
Climate & Travel Time
Thanks to the mild climate of western Liguria, the vegetation is semi-tropical and days are sunny throughout the year, even in Winter, when temperatures can reach 16°C during the day. Every season expresses its own beauty.
Thanks to the mild climate, the year provides many sunny days. Even in the winter months from December to February, during the day, temperatures can reach 16 ° C and rarely fall below freezing point at night. Every season has its charm. The spring months from March are suitable for hiking and cycling tours. Perfect temperatures and empty beaches can be found in June, early July and September. At the beginning of October you can still swim, stroll through the woods, collect chestnuts, go cycling or enjoy the calm off-season-atmosphere. The golf course is directly below the house and open all year round.
The heady scent of the ginestra shrub in winter awakens the sweetest dreams of a bygone era of floriculture so unique to Sanremo. From this three-room apartment with generously high ceilings you have a view of the sea and the hills from the balcony. And at the pergola in the garden, there's yet another panorama that opens up to the sea.
GINESTRA
The name already gives it away. In the morning you wake up in a bright blue room with a view of the sea. The apartment exudes generosity with its open kitchen and is perfect for a couple. From the living room you step directly onto the balcony. There is also another private terrace in front of the apartment, with a view of the garden and the sea.
